Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of MakeBelievePages, a service operated by Reed & Co Holdings, LLC. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Family Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. MakeBelievePages is designed for parents, guardians, and other adults. Children may use the service and the materials it produces — including coloring on screen — only under the supervision of an adult account holder, on that adult's account. Accounts are not intended for children, and children should not create one or enter their own information.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Credits and Purchases

MakeBelievePages sells consumable credit packs rather than subscriptions. The credit pack currently includes 20 Page credits and 3 Try Again credits. The price and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Purchases are processed by Google Play or our authorized web payment providers, and their payment terms may also apply.

Credits are tied to the purchasing account, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. Refunds are provided where required by law or approved through the applicable payment provider. Credits associated with a refunded or charged-back purchase may be removed. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.

Generated Content

MakeBelievePages uses automated systems to create coloring pages from your requests. Results may be unpredictable, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with a child, printing it, or using it elsewhere.

You must have the rights necessary to submit your prompts and other materials. To the extent permitted by law, we do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated coloring pages, but we do not guarantee that generated content is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, infringe another person's rights, or request or distribute unlawful, exploitative, or harmful content. We may block requests or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Our Service and Materials

MakeBelievePages and its software, branding, designs, and other service materials are owned by Reed & Co Holdings, LLC or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service and the coloring pages it generates for lawful personal purposes.

Availability and Changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free. If a material change affects purchased credits, we will handle remaining obligations as required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Reed & Co Holdings, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to MakeBelievePages during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using MakeBelievePages at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or a risk to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection laws of your location require otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
